About The Position
This position provides occupational therapy services to patients in their place of residence or out-patient settings as directed by Physician. Provides a treatment program to restore or develop self-care, work and play/leisure activities to maximum functional level. Works effectively with other professionals to provide integrated multi-disciplinary home health care.
