About The Position

Occupational Therapist (OT) – 2025–2026 School Year Hello OTs! Join a local, women, and therapist-founded company that’s committed to supporting the professionals who support our schools. Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist to provide homebound compensatory services in Algonquin, Illinois for the 2025-2026 school year . If you're looking for a flexible schedule or to earn additional compensation, this role could be for you! Position Details Start Date: As soon as possible Schedule: Flexible, complete 30 compensatory hours for OT services before June 30th Location: Huntley Community School District 158, homebound in-home services Caseload: One homebound high school student Service Areas: Deliver IEP service minutes, documentation, collaboration

Requirements

• Illinois Occupational Therapy license
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Passion for supporting students in inclusive educational settings

Nice To Haves

• School-based experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based OT services in alignment with IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations and write reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and progress monitoring
• Maintain timely documentation
• Collaborate with special education teams and related service providers
