About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and help patients achieve meaningful improvements in daily function and quality of life. In this role, you will provide high‑quality occupational therapy services and guide others in delivering effective patient care. You will use your clinical expertise to evaluate patient needs, create individualized plans of care, implement therapeutic interventions, and monitor progress throughout the course of treatment. Requirements

• Coursework/Training - Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Washington Occupational Therapist License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

Responsibilities

• Delivers and supervises others in the delivery of occupational therapy services.
• Upon referral, performs evaluations and develops individual plans of care to maximize functional outcomes.
• Implements the plans of care and reassesses treatment results.
• Actively participates in discharge planning.
