About The Position

Seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for an 8-hour day shift position (8:00am–4:30pm) with 36 guaranteed hours per week on a 90-day contract. The OT will provide skilled therapy services focused on improving patient independence, functional mobility, safety, and overall quality of life. Responsibilities include collaborating with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing teams to deliver individualized treatment plans for patients requiring rehabilitative care.

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or acute care settings preferred.
• BLS certification required or preferred per facility standards.
• Must demonstrate strong evaluation skills, ability to develop individualized care plans, effective documentation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage caseload efficiently within scheduled hours is essential.
