Schedule: Flexible Schedule | No Travel Required Starting Pay: From $45.00 per hour (based on skills and experience) $10,000 Sign On Bonus What You’ll Do: Provide individualized Occupational Therapy services including screening, evaluation, treatment, program planning, and implementation. Supervise and direct Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) to ensure effective execution of patient care plans. Communicate patient progress, needs, and goals with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team. Complete documentation accurately and timely to support billing and payroll requirements. Support residents in regaining function, independence, and quality of life.
