About The Position

This position is related to the CentraCare Plaza expansion that is opening Summer of 2026, apply today to discuss start time options! This 60,0000 square foot expansion will include a 24,000 square foot gym with various surfaces, overhead robotic trolleys, Neck and Back Program gym, Aquatic Center, and more! Provides occupational therapy services to patients ranging from the adolescent to the elderly who may have physical, medical and/or psychological disorders and who may be receiving services on an inpatient basis. Therapists are responsible for evaluating patient needs, establishing treatment plans and providing treatments/services accordingly. In collaboration with the COTA, works with patients on an individual basis using current technology treatment techniques and modalities consistent with department policies. Responsible for developing and facilitating specialized treatment programs as appropriate to meet patient needs. Schedule: Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | Onsite Days | 8-hour shifts | Clinic hours Monday-Thursday 9am-5:30pm and Friday 8am-4:30pm. No nights, weekends, or holidays!

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy and successful completion of clinical training required.
Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy obtained within 6 months.
Registered through the State of Minnesota as a Licensed Occupational Therapist or Temporary Occupational Therapist permit required with Occupational Therapist license obtained within 90 Days.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card per established policy.
Prior experience must provide clear evidence of clinical skills beyond basic entry level for the position in which the applicant is applying for.
