About the Role: We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home, individualized therapy to adult clients in Aurora, CO. You’ll help patients improve independence, mobility, and overall quality of life through skilled, client-centered care.
Requirements
- A valid Occupational Therapist license in Colorado
- Proven experience in home health or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical record documentation
- A flexible and adaptive approach to meet the diverse needs of your clients
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Conduct evaluations using standardized tools and clinical expertise
- Provide therapy focused on ADLs, mobility, safety, and independence
- Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and adaptive equipment
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated support
