Location : Kalispell, Montana Schedule : Full-time, 40 hours per week Pay : $36.50 – $54.75 per hour This pay range reflects a variety of factors considered in compensation decisions, including skills, experience, education, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Requirements

Current Montana Occupational Therapist (OT) license
Graduate of an accredited OT program with ability to obtain Montana licensure within 30 days of hire
Current BLS HCP CPR certification (as applicable)
Knowledge of OT practices, tools, and techniques
Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and with a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; ability to learn new systems)

Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Provide occupational therapy services appropriate to patient needs
Document care in a timely and accurate manner
Collaborate with patients, families, and care teams on treatment goals and discharge planning
Meet productivity standards and support departmental goals
Participate in facility and community programs as appropriate
