Requirements
- Current and valid Occupational Therapy License (OTR) in good standing
Responsibilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans and obtain physician approval
- Provide occupational therapy services per physician orders
- Assist nursing staff with training Restorative Aides
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants in accordance with state practice acts
- Communicate patient progress, challenges, and care plans with the interdisciplinary team
- Participate in patient care conferences, utilization review, and rehabilitation meetings as needed
