We are seeking a skilled and qualified Primary Care Occupational Therapist to service our patients throughout the Augusta area. Occupational Therapist will play an essential role in helping patients achieve independence and improve their ability to perform daily activities. You will work closely with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to deliver patient-centered care. Your responsibilities include performing detailed assessments, developing customized treatment plans, and supervising the implementation of these plans by COTAs. The COTAs will support a culture of compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations. This position works closely and collaboratively with the members of the care group and with regional leadership. Occupational Therapist role performs visits in homes, ALF's, and ILF's. This is a salary-based position, with the opportunity to receive a monthly bonus. This is a full-time 8-hr position (8:00AM-5:00PM) (Monday-Friday).
