This position is based in Ocala, FL, serving patients in Marion County and surrounding areas. 5K SIGN ON BONUS Your Role as an Occupational Therapist: Travel to patients’ homes to deliver occupational therapy services that promote healing, recovery, and independence. Conduct comprehensive assessments of the patient’s condition and home environment. Collaborate with patients and caregivers to develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans. Provide education to patients and caregivers to support treatment outcomes and independence. Supervise and delegate care appropriately to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (as needed). Whether you’re new to home health or an experienced professional, you’ll have access to the tools and support needed to excel. You’ll also be part of a team that values collaboration and autonomy. While you’ll have the independence to manage your role, you’ll never be without the support of experienced clinical supervisors and a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional care.

Requirements

Florida Occupational Therapy License (required).
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance (required).

Nice To Haves

CPR Certification (preferred).
Ability to supervise and delegate tasks to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (preferred).

Responsibilities
