Requirements

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active, unrestricted OT license in your state
• 1+ year of clinical experience
• Willingness to travel within your coverage area (up to 50%)
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans
• Deliver therapy services in the home setting
• Educate patients and families on daily living activities and adaptive equipment
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams
• Supervise COTAs and HHAs to ensure quality care
• Document progress and adjust plans as needed
