About The Position
AOT, Inc. the premier provider of school-based therapy in Southeastern PA, is seeking a dedicated pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR). This role supports students in grades K-12th in the Monroeville, PA area, with upcoming expansion into McKeesport, PA. Starting early February 2026, this part-time position offers clear potential to grow into a full-time career. Who We Are: AOT, Inc. has been providing school-based therapy services for over 40 years! Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited OT/OTA educational program.
- Valid Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant License
- Passion for working with children and a clear dedication to helping them maximize their potential
- Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
- Exceptional desire to be a collaborative team member, learn and grow
Responsibilities
- Direct therapy with students in preschool to grade 12
- Consultation with teachers, other therapists, support staff, and families to facilitate classroom mobility and participation.
- Documentation requirements include data collection, marking period progress updates, yearly IEP revisions; including updated goals and treatment strategies.
- Attendance at IEP meetings is recommended.
- Some travel may be required throughout the school day
