About The Position

Occupational Therapist – Home Health | 5–6 Visits St. Louis County St. Louis City St. Charles County Jefferson County Full-time Part-time PRN Tired of double-booked schedules and 12–18 patient days? This model averages 5.5 to 6 visits daily with an hourly pay structure. We’re supporting a long-standing, therapist-focused home health organization in the St. Louis metro area that is expanding its clinical team. Why OTs Are Making the Switch 5.5 to 6 visits per day Hourly pay model, paid while on the clock Full-time, part-time, and PRN options Localized territory to reduce unnecessary cross-county travel Mileage reimbursed at IRS rate Morning huddle paid if en route Structured onboarding provided, home health experience not required What the Schedule Looks Like Hourly role with scheduling actively managed throughout the week If a patient cancels, visits are typically adjusted within the same week Evals or admissions may be added later in the week to support schedule volume No guaranteed minimum weekly hours Facility-based events may be utilized if patient load is lighter This model works well for clinicians comfortable with an organized but adaptable weekly flow. Requirements

  • Active Missouri Occupational Therapy license
  • Current BLS certification
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
