About The Position
VNA Care is seeking a Home Health OT for visits in and around Franklin, Wrentham, N. Attleboro, Mansfield, Norfolk and Medfield Position Summary: Provides home health care to patients and families that focuses on preventing disease, promoting, maintaining, or restoring health and minimizing the effects of illness or disability. Experience Preferred About VNA Care: VNA Care is one of the Commonwealth's largest home health and hospice providers, serving more than 200 communities in Eastern and Central Massachusetts. Our nonprofit includes VNA Care Network, VNA of Boston, VNA Hospice & Palliative Care, and At Home Private Care. Working together, we provide a full range of home health, palliative, hospice, private care, and community services to patients with a wide range of health care needs. VNA Care focuses on promoting the health and wellbeing of patients and families by providing high-quality, cost-effective health care to vulnerable individuals in their homes, assisted living facilities, and other settings.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year in acute care setting or comparable work experience.
