About The Position

Occupational Therapist - Home Health- Portland Schedule: 24 hours/week, Weekdays on Day Shift, with no weekend requirement Location: East Portland and Gorge Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients and clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities in a home setting in accordance with a physician directed plan of treatment, taking into account individual patients special or age related needs. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program Or Master's Degree From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program Or Ph.D. From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist License
• Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License - if practicing within this state
