About The Position

Join our amazing team of dedicated Home Health professionals! Kline Galland is Seattle's Single Source Senior Care Resource; providing exceptional care by exceptional people for over 110 years! We are looking to immediately hire a Part time (30 hours/week) or Full time (40 hours/week) Occupational Therapist Includes a $5,000 Signing Bonus for Full time, prorated if you work Part time! to assist us to help seniors help themselves and allow them as much independence as possible! As an OT with Kline Galland Home Health your responsibilities will include: Providing initial and ongoing assessment related to physical and functional status, home safety, as well as cognitive, psychological and perceptual function to determine baseline and determine appropriate, achievable goals. Developing and revising the plan of care in collaboration with patient/family/caregiver and the other care-team members. Responsible for planning, evaluation, and treatment implementation of assigned caseload. Preparing clinical progress notes. Supervising and home health aides as appropriate. Evaluating outcomes. Planning Discharge. Educating patients and/or families about proper safe use and recommend methods for installation of adaptive equipment. Evaluating outcomes. Planning Discharge. Requirements

  • Must have OT license registered in the State of Washington, current driver's license and car insurance
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality with regard to protected and sensitive information
  • Must be able to solve problems independently and confidently by applying analytical and logical thinking.
  • Prioritize workload so as to meet productivity standards and applicable deadlines.
  • Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management techniques
  • Able to use standard office equipment and software proficiently.
  • Able to effectively communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds and varying educational levels.

Nice To Haves

  • Home Health experience highly preferred but not required.
