Occupational Therapist - Medford Home Health Schedule: Full Time/ Days Service Location: Serves Jackson and Josephine Counties Job Description: Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients and clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities in a home setting in accordance with a physician directed plan of treatment, taking into account individual patients special or age related needs. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree: From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program OR Master's Degree: From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program OR Ph.D: From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
  • Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist License

Responsibilities
