Requirements

• Valid Occupational Therapist license (CA)
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop effective, individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy and guide Occupational Therapy Assistants
• Communicate with the care team on patient progress and goals
• Educate patients, families, and staff on therapeutic techniques
• Recommend adaptive equipment to promote independence
