About The Position
We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist who enjoys practical, patient-centered care. In this position, you’ll help individuals build or regain the skills they need for everyday routines, from self-care to mobility and functional movement. The role is ideal for someone who values structured weekday hours and wants to be part of a team focused on steady, measurable progress.
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Occupational Therapist license in New Jersey
- NBCOT certification required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior clinical experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals
- Deliver therapy sessions that improve function in daily activities
- Support patients with fine motor, sensory, and coordination challenges
- Educate caregivers and families on treatment strategies and home support
- Track outcomes and update care plans based on patient response
- Maintain complete clinical records and progress notes
