Fraser is seeking a passionate and dedicated full-time Occupational Therapist to join our St. Cloud Rehabilitation Therapy team! This exciting role offers the chance to provide therapeutic evaluations, treatments, and interventions for children and adolescents, customizing services to address each client's individual strengths and needs. Requirements

  • Master's Degree in discipline as required by license or governing board
  • Licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health required
  • Accepting upcoming and recent grads!
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License with acceptable record and ability to pass DHS Background check

Responsibilities

  • Provide evaluations and re-evaluations as appropriate and within 30 days of doctor's order and establish appropriate treatment goals.
  • Provide therapeutic treatment according to the doctor's order.
  • Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress.
  • Collaborates closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practitioners.
  • Maintain clean equipment in good repair.
  • Communicate with funding sources as directed by the Clinical Accounts Receivable staff to assure reimbursement of services being delivered.
  • Communicate appropriate aspects of the client's program to all involved persons and operate in conjunction with other disciplines and team members.
