About The Position
Baptist Medical Center hiring an Occupational Therapist to join the Outpatient Rehab Team. This is a Part-Time position located at Baptist Clay Outpatient Rehab Clinic. We are looking to hire an experienced Occuptational Therapist with our team. This part-time position will work with an adult caseload at our outpatient clinic providing general musculoskeletal care. Requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- Licensed Occupational Therapist Required
- Experience with Post-Operative Orthopedic Care
- General outpatient rehab experience
- Splinting Experience
- Orthopedics
Nice To Haves
- CHT preferred
Responsibilities
- Evaluates and treats patients with neurological, orthopedic, and medical diagnoses.
- Works with multidisciplinary team care.
- Provide patient care to help improve or restore function and prevent disability following injury or disease.
- Oversee support staff.
- Participate in departmental operations and performance improvement activities.
- Responsible for remaining within budget guidelines.
- Participate in mandatory education and licensure requirements.
