Requirements

Bachelor’s degree within a related discipline expected and 2 to 5 years of learning experience Or Master’s degree within a related discipline and 0 to 2 years of learning experience
Board certification from NBCOT
Eligible for PA Promise Enrollment
Not on CMS Exclusion List
A valid driver’s license and 6 months of previous driving experience
Access to regular use of a vehicle with valid insurance coverage
Ability to communicate, read, write, and interpret English

Nice To Haves

One year of prior experience with pediatrics
Experience working with children and families with needs in the areas of feeding, hand orthotics, assistive technology, adaptive seating/positioning equipment, and sensory processing

Responsibilities

Assess and support children’s development in fine motor skills, feeding, self-help, and sensory processing.
Create goals and activities based on the Evaluation Report, Individualized Family Service Plan, and family input.
Provide clear session notes and updates for quarterly and annual reviews.
Coach families and caregivers with hands-on strategies during community-based sessions.
Follow state and program regulations and collaborate with partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
