This position ensures that occupational therapy services are administered and completed in a timely, accurate, and reliable manner. The Occupational Therapist provides patient evaluations and treatments for inpatient and/or outpatient services, along with associated clinical documentation. They are responsible for maintaining specific service delivery standards related to service commitment, customer satisfaction, ongoing evaluation of customer expectations, quality process integration, communication and interaction standards, turn-around time, information processing standards, corporate compliance requirements, and the physical amenities/environment of care.
