About The Position

As an Occupational Therapist, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to our patients in Sauk Centre! Your responsibilities will include conducting evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate documentation. Strong communication skills are essential as you collaborate closely with physicians, caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality, coordinated care. SCHEDULE: Full time | 64 hours every 2 weeks Monday - Friday | 4 - 8 hour shifts a week PAY & BENEFITS: Starting pay begins at $36.99 per hour and increases with experience Salary range: $33.15-$49.73 per hour $5,000 Hiring Bonus + $5,000 Relocation Bonus for eligible candidates Full time benefits like medical, dental, PTO, 401k, employee discounts and more! QUALIFICATIONS: Master's Degree from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy and successful completion of clinical training Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy Basic Life Support (BLS) certified To be eligible for the hiring bonus, student loan repayment or relocation bonus, you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous CentraCare employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire. CentraCare hiring incentives to include but not limited to, hiring and relocation bonuses may be discontinued at any time. Relocation bonus must meet distance requirements. Requirements
- Master's Degree from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy and successful completion of clinical training
- Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certified
