Position Summary An Occupational Therapist (OT) administers occupational therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing. In accordance with physician orders and plan of care the Occupational Therapist (OT) carries out therapy services designed to restore functions, diminish or correct pathology, promote and maintain health, and facilitate learning of those skill necessary to productive living of assigned patients.
