Occupational Therapist - Children's Hospital of Richmond Glen Allen Therapy Center - PRN $2,500 Sign On Bonus for offers accepted by November 30, 2025. Terms and Conditions apply The Occupational Therapist PRN conducts evaluations on referred patients. The Occupational Therapist PRN plans and implements a comprehensive treatment program that includes discharge planning, patient/family education, and recommendations for follow-up or continued care. The Occupational Therapist PRN documents results of the OT evaluation and services provided in accordance with hospital and department guidelines. The Occupational Therapist PRN participates as a member of a self-directed departmental team as well as a member of an interdisciplinary patient care team. The Occupational Therapist PRN provides clinical instruction to OT and OTA students as needed. This position provides training and education to department and hospital staff. Schedules and work hours will be established with your specific Manager. Schedules, including weekends and holidays, will be required based on the unit's organizational and staffing needs.
