About The Position
Blue United Sourcing is actively seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a high-need post-acute skilled nursing facility in Oxnard, California. This position is moving quickly due to urgent staffing needs; however, flexibility in the start date may be available for the right candidate. This role also offers temp-to-perm potential for clinicians interested in a longer-term opportunity. Position Overview: Provide occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Treat post-acute and rehabilitation patients in a skilled nursing setting Document patient progress, outcomes, and care plans accurately and timely Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted California Occupational Therapist license (OR an active out-of-state license, if California license is in process)
- Prior SNF or post-acute experience preferred
- Strong documentation, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to step into a fast-paced, high-need environment
