Requirements

  • Current, valid Occupational Therapist (OT) License in the state of California.
  • A passion for patient-centered care and a desire to grow within a premier post-acute setting.

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive Evaluations: Assess residents' functional independence, cognitive status, and upper extremity function.
  • Individualized Treatment: Develop and implement goal-oriented care plans to improve Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and psychosocial well-being.
  • ADL Training: Utilize our specialized ADL kitchen and bath facilities to provide realistic functional training.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside a diverse team of therapists and nurses to coordinate holistic recovery.
  • Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with California state regulations.
