About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT, OTR, OTR/L) to join our acute care hospital rehabilitation team. This role delivers occupational therapy services in an inpatient hospital setting, focusing on rehabilitation, functional mobility, activities of daily living (ADLs), safety, and patient independence. The Occupational Therapist will treat adult and geriatric patients with diagnoses including neurological conditions, orthopedic injuries, post‑surgical recovery, stroke, and general medical conditions. Requirements

Bachelor or Master Degree in Occupational Therapy
Current state Occupational Therapy certification/license
Current BLS (AHA) certificate

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and create individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide therapy focused on ADLs, functional mobility, strength, and safety
Treat patients with neurological, orthopedic, post‑surgical, and medical conditions
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support patient goals and discharge planning
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in the EMR
Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment
