Performance of complex early intervention services which foster and monitor child progress in the acquisition and mastery of functional skills to reduce or overcome limitations resulting from disabilities or developmental delays to infants and toddlers and their families, under the authority of Health and Human Services Commission. Essential tasks include collaboration as a member of interdisciplinary teams, evaluation, assessment, eligibility determination, treatment planning, documentation, therapeutic intervention and consultation services in family homes and community settings, records review, and maintenance, other ECI related duties required. Additionally: Performs motor, sensory motor and developmental evaluation and assessment accurately, using formal testing methods and Informed Clinical Opinion, in order to establish eligibility and developmental needs. Participates as a collaborative team member for the Development of an Individualized Family Service Plan. Follows Provision of Occupational therapy Services as outlined in the IFSP. Follows Provision of direct services to families in accordance with ECI of LifePath Systems productivity standards. Meets timeframes in accordance with Lifepath Systems ECI Program.
