Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the state of Texas
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience preferred (motivated new grads welcome!)
• A creative, compassionate, and playful approach to working with children

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, individualized occupational therapy services in a home health setting
• Develop treatment plans to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and play skills
• Partner with families to support carryover of strategies into daily routines
• Collaborate with Speech and Physical Therapists to ensure a whole-child approach
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
