AgeRight Care at Home is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist to deliver person-centered care to grateful and highly motivated patients, many of whom are seniors. The role involves helping patients achieve therapy goals and a higher quality of life in their time of greatest need. Requirements
- Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Oregon
- Graduate from an accredited program with a degree in Occupational Therapy
- CPR Certification
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) required upon hire

- Organizational skills to facilitate program development
Responsibilities
- Establish treatment plan appropriate to physician orders
- Prepare/complete clinical and progress notes
- Teach patient and family/caregivers in meeting individual treatment goals
