About The Position
InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home services to adult and geriatric patients in and around Palm Beach Gardens. The role involves helping patients regain independence, safely navigate daily routines, and stay engaged in valued activities. The position offers a flexible schedule, consistent patient volume, and a supportive team environment.
Requirements
- Active occupational therapy (OT) license in good standing
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
- Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)
Responsibilities
- Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in their home
- Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals
- Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
- Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards
