About The Position
RUSH Physical Therapy is looking for an occupational therapist with a passion for treating the oncology rehabilitation population. CLT is preferred, or interest in obtaining CLT. RUSH Physical Therapy has the revital cancer rehab program with continuing education and mentorship opportunities. Our clinic has occupational, physical, and speech therapists on site and provide opportunity for collaboration. Our ReVital team provides the necessary education and training for therapists invested in treating our diverse patient population. Requirements
- Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in occupational therapy
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
- CPR certified

Responsibilities
- Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties
- Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing OTs
- Complete and maintain required trainings
- Maintain compliance with government regulations
- Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients
- Provide clear documentation
