About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their team for the 2026-2027 school year in Seattle, Washington. This is a full-time, in-person position in a school setting. The company welcomes both experienced school-based OTs and those just beginning their school therapy journey. Ampersand Therapy is a local, women- and therapist-operated company founded by providers who understand what it’s like to work in schools. Their mission is to build a community of therapists who feel supported, appreciated, and empowered to make a difference. They proudly serve school districts throughout Western Washington and across several other states. Employees will work alongside a small, passionate team of school-based specialists, some of whom are still active providers in schools themselves. Requirements

Must hold (or be eligible for) Washington State OT license
Must hold (or be willing to obtain) ESA Certification (Educational Staff Associate)

Responsibilities

Provide school-based OT services including assessments, treatment, and consultation
Conduct evaluations and write reports
Participate in IEP meetings and write IEP goals
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
Maintain timely documentation and progress notes
