Requirements
- Active California OT license (or OT license in process!)
- SNF experience preferred
- Strong documentation & communication skills
Responsibilities
- Complete OT evaluations and develop care plans
- Treat short-term rehab & long-term care residents
- Document progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with nursing & rehab teams
