About The Position

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for evaluating, planning and implementing individualized treatment programs to help patients develop, recover and/or maintain daily living skills. The OT works collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to promote optimal patient outcomes including discharge planning.

Requirements

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy; Master's or Doctorate preferred
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Current New Jersey Occupational Therapy License
  • American Heart Association CPR/BLS certification
  • 1-2 years of prior clinical experience in acute care/sub-acute care.
