About The Position
Occupational Therapist – Acute Care Hospital 3-Month Contract | Bronx, NY 10457 | $50–$54/hour Blue United Sourcing is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a 3-month contract assignment in a hospital/acute care setting in the Bronx (10457). This opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule and competitive hourly compensation in a fast-paced clinical environment. There is the possibility to extend to permanent placement upon completion of the contract! Position Details Location: Bronx, NY 10457 Setting: Hospital / Acute Care Contract Length: 3 months Start Date: 3/23/2026 (flexible) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $50–$54 per hour, based on experience Responsibilities Evaluate patients in an acute care hospital setting Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans Address functional mobility, ADLs, cognitive skills, and discharge planning needs Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals and home strategies Qualifications Active Occupational Therapist license (New York) Minimum of 1 year experience as a licensed OT Acute inpatient experience strongly preferred Strong communication and clinical assessment skills This is an excellent opportunity for an Occupational Therapist seeking hospital-based experience with a stable weekday schedule! Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist license (New York)
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a licensed OT
- Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
