The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for evaluating, planning and implementing individualized treatment programs to help patients develop, recover and/or maintain daily living skills. The OT works collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to promote optimal patient outcomes including discharge planning.
