Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Alaska
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Casamba or PointClickCare preferred
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients according to physician referrals and treatment plans
- Develop personalized treatment programs that maximize patient independence and quality of life
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
- Communicate with families, physicians, and other health team members regarding patient progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in patient care conferences and provide staff training as needed
- Educate patients and families on home programs and discharge planning
