To administer Occupational Therapy evaluations and treatments according to established standard of Occupational Therapy, and physician's referral and Occupational Therapy plan of care.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
Current New Jersey State Occupational Therapy License
Excellent customer service skills, written and verbal communications skills

Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
2 years experience in hand therapy
Responsibilities
Evaluates all patients identifying the patient's primary problems and develops a treatment plan.
Performs and modifies/updates patient treatment programs to maximize patient outcomes.
Documents information to assure continuity of care and maximize reimbursement.
Maintains schedule to attain productivity standards.
Provides supervision to COTA, OT/COTA students, various levels of supportive personnel and volunteers.
