About The Position
To administer Occupational Therapy evaluations and treatments according to established standard of Occupational Therapy, and physician's referral and Occupational Therapy plan of care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current New Jersey State Occupational Therapy License
- Excellent customer service skills, written and verbal communications skills
Nice To Haves
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- 2 years experience in hand therapy
Responsibilities
- Evaluates all patients identifying the patient's primary problems and develops a treatment plan.
- Performs and modifies/updates patient treatment programs to maximize patient outcomes.
- Documents information to assure continuity of care and maximize reimbursement.
- Maintains schedule to attain productivity standards.
- Provides supervision to COTA, OT/COTA students, various levels of supportive personnel and volunteers.
