Requirements
- Active New York Occupational Therapist license
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed OT
- Acute inpatient experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations in an acute care setting

- Address ADLs, mobility, cognitive skills, and discharge planning
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary hospital teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
