Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Valid license or certification to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the respective region.
Proven experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a clinical or rehabilitation setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with diverse patient populations.
Ability to develop creative and effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
Knowledge of current therapeutic techniques, assistive devices, and healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

Assess patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to determine their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' motor skills, coordination, and daily functioning.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and their families on strategies and exercises to promote independence and well-being.
Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
