Provide interventions that address functional limitations, including adaptive techniques, strengthening, and cognitive strategies. Educate patients and caregivers on how to use adaptive equipment and modify environments to enhance daily living skills. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic patient care and maximize outcomes.
