To provide documentation of the above and education to patients, families, hospital staff, and students. This ensures that all patients are helped to meet their maximum potential through the quality care and input to medical management provided by the Occupational Therapist, and that the therapist continues his or her professional growth and development and contribution to the Medical Center.
