Join the MercyOne family! We are looking to hire an Occupational Therapist! As an Occupational Therapist at MercyOne, you will:
Schedule: Per Diem (PRN) Varied day shift hours Weekend rotation Holiday rotation

Requirements

• Must be able to function as an occupational therapist in all commonly practiced aspects of patient evaluation and treatment appropriate for the assigned age group.
• Must have ability to give clear instructions to individuals and groups ranging from infant to geriatric.
• Must have ability to plan day-to-day activities and work independently.
• Must be able to put patients at ease and make them comfortable.
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate the ability to effectively work with other hospital employees and guests.
• Registration through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc. (NCBOT)
• Bachelor’s Degree Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensure (or eligibility for licensure) by the State of Iowa to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
