About The Position

Symbria Rehab at EverTrue Lutheran Home in Topton, PA is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their Rehab Team. This role is designed to impact the lives of the older adult population. Requirements

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists
• Hold a valid state license
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
• At least 1 year of acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience

Responsibilities

• Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans
• Supervise the Occupational Therapist Assistants
• Maintain productivity standards
• Complete required documentation
• Help your patients achieve critical outcomes
• Act as a trusted partner to the community you serve
