Requirements

Active Indiana Occupational Therapist (OT) License
Strong clinical and communication skills
Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional care
Valid State OT License

Responsibilities

Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
Track/document patient progress and outcomes
Educate patients and families on therapeutic strategies
Stay current with innovative therapy techniques
Assign patients to the team members
Collaborate with Facility case management for Discharge planning and patient care management
Develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans for patients.
Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans and patient outcomes.
Continuously educate patients and their families on therapeutic procedures and techniques
Stay up to date with the latest therapy techniques and methodologies.
