Requirements
- Current Washington State Occupational Therapist license in good standing
- Passion for improving the lives of seniors and post-acute residents
- Positive, flexible, and team-oriented approach
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and carry out individualized therapy plans
- Help residents regain skills for daily living and independence
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
- Encourage residents every step of the way-you'll be their biggest cheerleader
